Job summary

Phillips 66 Company in Westlake, LA is seeking a Supervisor II, Maintenance for the Lake Charles Refinery. You will lead front-line maintenance crews, coordinate work, and guide complex repairs to support unit reliability and safe, efficient operations.

The role emphasizes safety, mentorship of craft workers, and collaboration with Operations to improve equipment reliability and workflow effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-line maintenance crews and coordinating maintenance work.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality in refinery operations.
• Willing to travel up to 5% and operate company vehicle as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance activities for your area, supervising workers and contractors.
• Develop short- and medium-term work schedules, allocate resources, and manage overtime.
• Coordinate with Operations/Scheduling to screen notifications and plan priorities.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment, guide repairs, and ensure tasks meet cost/schedule targets.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental, and process safety requirements are followed.
• Support audits, documentation, and testing/corrective actions.
