Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Supervisor I, Site Services at the Lake Charles Refinery in Westlake, LA. You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate daily work, and ensure safety, reliability and cost targets across shifts.

In this frontline leadership role, you’ll coach your team, collaborate with other operations, and translate strategy into action to drive uptime and performance.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years in maintenance/operations in refining, oil & gas, or related industries.
• Willing to travel up to 5% and work extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to transport items up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Willing to obtain TWIC credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance and service team on your assigned shift.
• Plan, prioritize and assign short-term work to meet time/quality/cost targets.
• Oversee site maintenance from routine to complex repairs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate emergency repairs.
• Foster a strong safety culture and coach the team.
• Collaborate across operations to optimize workflow and uptime.
• Monitor performance and use data to drive improvements.
