Job summary

Private Eye Protection is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead Security Officers at assigned sites, ensuring staffing, post orders, and client needs are addressed. The role acts as a bridge between officers, management, and clients to maintain a professional and safe work environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in security or related fields, a high school diploma or GED, and must be 21+ with open weekend availability and willingness for evening/holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Security Officers and Assistant Supervisors.
• Ensure assigned sites are properly staffed, and shifts are covered.
• Monitor officer performance and address conduct issues per policy.
• Train officers on site procedures and company standards.
• Enforce post orders and applicable laws.
• Serve as a point of contact for officers, management, and clients.
• Review officer reports and ensure proper documentation.
