Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed, while collaborating with management and client representatives to meet security requirements.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of related experience. Strong supervisory, training, and communication skills are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related security experience.
• Experience supervising Security Officers and other personnel on client sites.
• Knowledge of security operations, patrols, inspections and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and staff at client sites and ensure post orders and rounds are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching actions and performance.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignment details with the team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel submissions as designated by management.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions; maintain schedules.
• Prepare and submit reports; inspect posts and brief subordinates and client representatives.
• Engage with clients to ensure security requirements are met and deliver quality service.
• Handle interviewing, onboarding, and performance appraisals as directed; support hiring decisions.
• May perform Security Officer duties as needed per post orders and policy.
