Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in Marcus Hook, PA to manage on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling and training for a client site. You will ensure contract compliance and oversee the performance of security personnel.

• Associate's degree or higher
• Pass state licensing/test as required
• Minimum one year of supervisory security experience
• Experience in security-related industry preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all on-site security operations and staffing
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for personnel
• Maintain overtime within limits
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance
• Handle payroll, incident reporting, and post orders
• Provide direction to subordinates and disciplinary actions as needed
• Respond to client requests and emergency notifications
• Recommend improvements to security surveys and post orders
