Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in Homewood, AL. The role oversees on-site security operations, staffing, training, and compliance for a client site, ensuring high-quality service and contract adherence.

The position requires a high school diploma, state training/licensing eligibility, and 1+ year supervisory security experience (bachelor's degree preferred). Base pay starts at $26/hour with full-time benefits including health, life, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in security-related industry or higher education in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys or post orders as needed.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Deliver emergency notifications and provide direction to subordinates.
• Contribute to disciplinary decisions and cost-reduction efforts.
• Recommend physical security surveys and post orders.
