Titan Security Group is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and visitors on-site. You will provide top-notch customer service, manage access points, and perform vigilant patrols with incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to walk significant distances and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Assist with directions and general business information as needed.
• Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Conduct patrols and stand post outside, observing and reporting suspicious activity.
• Conduct extensive patrols (up to 10 miles per day) to guard against theft and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management review.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain security and order.
