Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites; ensures post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees to document actions and seeks guidance as needed.
• Trains Security Officers; reviews post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submissions to the company.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks and responsibilities with subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Carries out supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting/training, planning, directing work, coaching, and hiring decisions.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders and policy.
