Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Wilmington, OH, to lead on-site security operations for a client. You will manage staffing, scheduling, on-site training, and ensure contract compliance, safety, and service quality.

Candidates must have 2+ years of security experience with supervision and a valid driver''s license. A high school diploma or higher is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 2+ years of security experience with some supervisory experience.
• Must have a valid driver''s license with at least one year of driving history.
• State licensing and training requirements may apply for driving assignments.
• Experience in security-related supervisory role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset level designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel for contract compliance and performance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post orders as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions.
• Support productivity and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Suggest improvements for security surveys and post orders.
