Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in Greensboro, NC. The role oversees on-site security operations, staffing, training, and quality assurance to meet contract requirements for a client’s site.

You will manage overtime, supervise personnel, handle payroll/incident reports, and coordinate security surveys and post orders, while maintaining strong client communication. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent, licensing where required, and supervisory security

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• Must have one of: military service, Auxiliary Police, at least 1 year supervisory security experience, or an associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all on-site security functions are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated level.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys/post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for direct reports and respond to client requests.
• Issue emergency notifications and provide direction to subordinates.
• Document disciplinary actions and recommendations; assist management with cost-reduction strategies.
