Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in the United States to manage uniformed security operations at a client site. You will supervise a team, ensure training, and maintain contract compliance while coordinating with the on-site manager.

The role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma or higher, and the ability to operate security equipment. Competitive benefits are offered and the position is on-site, with a Sunday-Thursday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• One year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or 21 if armed.
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening standards are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality of service.
• Perform payroll, incident reporting, and post-order related tasks.
• Recommend actions for personnel under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
• Provide direction to subordinates and oversee discipline/commendations.
