Job summary

Cascadia Global Security (CGS) is seeking a Site Supervisor in San Antonio, TX to lead guards, enforce safety policies, and ensure high-level customer service. The role requires driving a company vehicle and maintaining a clean driving record.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of supervisory experience, an active Level 2 security license, a valid driver’s license, and strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Active Level 2 Security License.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, report writing, etc.).
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies and developing CGS guards.
• Work with Operations Manager and VP of Operations.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, texts, and other communications in a timely manner.
• Lead and discipline guards/officers as needed.
