Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in the United States, Louisiana, for a client site. The role covers operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services.

The position involves overseeing staffing, training, and compliance with contract requirements. The ideal candidate will have supervisory security experience, the ability to communicate effectively, and a high school diploma or higher education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state-required training/licensing where applicable.
• Must pass state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security function aspects on-site including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated level.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security post order preparation as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce disciplinary actions or commendations.
• Identify cost reductions and productivity improvements for management.
