Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site. Pay rate is $20.16 per hour with weekly pay.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance, with an emphasis on leadership and on-site performance. A high school diploma and supervisory experience in security are required, with licensing as needed. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift.
• Perform payroll reviews, review incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and disciplinary decisions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies; provide direction to subordinates.
