Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• At least 18 years old (or 21 if armed) and able to operate radio/monitors.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in security or an Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact cordially with the public and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security functions on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Assist with payroll, incident reports, surveys, and post orders.
