Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Site Supervisor in Los Angeles. The role oversees on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, training, and contract compliance to ensure top-quality service for a client’s site. Compensation is $23.10 per hour.

The ideal candidate has supervisory security experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact with the public. Opportunities include ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass any state-required training or licensing qualifications.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Be at least 18 years old; 21 if armed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security function including staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce disciplinary decisions.
• Identify productivity improvements and cost-reduction opportunities.
