Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in California to oversee security operations, staffing, training, and client satisfaction at a client site. The role focuses on maintaining contract compliance and delivering high-quality service through effective supervision and incident management.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, relevant state licensure, and at least one year of supervisory security experience.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training/licensing.
• Must pass licensing test for vehicle operation when required.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regular inspections.
• Perform payroll, review and maintain incident reports, and assist in post orders.
• Recommend positive or negative personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies; issue notices as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties performance.
• Handle disciplinary actions/commendations for security staff.
• Suggest productivity improvements and cost reductions to management.
