Job summary

Allied Universal Site Supervisor in Prince George, Virginia, is responsible for the professional operation and administration of on-site security for a client’s site. The role includes staffing, training, scheduling, payroll, and ensuring contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a licensing test if driving company/client vehicle.
• Service in active military, reserves, or National Guard.
• Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Be 18+ (21+ if armed).
• Able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem solving and listening skills.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and accurately.
• Data collection, analysis, and reporting ability.
• Mediate conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
• Write clearly and accurately; strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect service quality and contract compliance during shifts.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and emergency notifications.
• Recommend improvements to post orders and security surveys.
