Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and post personnel, ensure orders followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline staff; document actions.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignments.
• Assist in payroll submission and personnel information.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; coordinate with management.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting and training employees, planning, directing work, coaching and disciplining.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
