• Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions with management.
• Train Security Officers and review assignment details with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit various required reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
