Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to manage security officers across client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, conduct rounds, and file required reports while maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection and response.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel; ensure post orders followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and seek guidance as needed.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file, and submit reports as required.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks and responsibilities with subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, training, assigning work, coaching, and evaluating staff.
