Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Supervisor with 3–5 years of security supervisory experience, strong leadership, and DCJS certification. A valid driver’s license is required and flexibility to cover varied hours is expected.

You will supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensure post orders and rounds are followed, file required reports, and coordinate with client representatives to meet security requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of security supervisory experience.
• Must have DCJS certification.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and cover schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others; ensure post orders and rounds are followed; file reports; notify authorities in emergencies.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees; document actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders with the team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and positions; prepare and file various reports.
• Inspect posts and brief subordinates; meet with clients to ensure security requirements are met.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, training, directing work, coaching, and evaluating employees; and hire/terminate recommendations.
• As needed, may perform the duties of a Security Officer per post orders.
