Securitas USA is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in Virginia to lead security personnel at client sites. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, a valid driver7s license, and DCJS certification.

You will ensure post orders are followed, conduct coaching, and coordinate with management for coverage and reporting. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to de-escalate incidents and maintain high customer service standards.

Formación

• 3–5 years of security supervisory experience.
• Must be DCJS certified.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers to ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees to document actions.
• Train Security Officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission to the company.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports as required.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting and training employees, planning and directing work, and addressing performance issues.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
