Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Security Supervisor for a large Technology Operations Facility in Haskell, TX. The role entails managing on-site security staff, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance while coordinating with the client and responding to emergencies.

The position offers full-time hours, weekly pay, and benefits such as Medical/Dental/Vision and 401K. A valid driver's license and supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
• Must be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports, security surveys).
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergency notifications as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties and performance.
