Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Security Supervisor for a large Technology Operations Facility in Haskell, TX. The role offers full-time benefits (medical/dental/vision/401K) with weekly pay and 24/7 coverage. Must have a valid driver’s license and at least one year of supervisory security experience.

The Supervisor will oversee staffing, training, screening, and contract compliance, while coordinating with the client and management on operational efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed)
• Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
• Effective oral and written communication
• Problem solving and active listening
• Assess and evaluate situations quickly; compile and interpret data
• Research and investigate information

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all Allied Universal personnel at the site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys and post orders.
• Coordinate disciplinary actions and recommendations for staff under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as they arise.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties and performance.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations to management.
• Develop recommendations for security surveys and post orders.
