Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations for a client location in the United States. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring training and licensing compliance, and maintaining service quality through regular performance inspections.

Pay rate is $16.25 per hour with weekly pay. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of supervisory experience in security. A state licensing process may apply.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal personnel).
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their job performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
