Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations, training, staffing, and client relations at a client site in North Carolina. The role includes enforcing contract requirements, overseeing performance, and coordinating with the client and staff to ensure high-quality service.

Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma (or higher), supervisory security experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security or related field or an associate's degree or higher.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed) and able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem solving and data interpretation abilities.
• Teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training for personnel.
• Ensure training and screening elements mandated by contract are met.
• Minimize overtime per policy and maintain service quality.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance during shifts.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to staff and make disciplinary or commendation decisions.
• Identify productivity, cost-reduction opportunities, and security survey recommendations.
