Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Wilkesboro, NC to oversee uniformed security operations at a client site. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and daily activities to ensure contract compliance and service quality while controlling costs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus supervisory experience in security. You will coordinate with security personnel, respond to client requests, and guide post orders while applying company policies and safety

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimal levels as designated by AUS.
• Ensure service quality and contract compliance through regular inspections.
• Coordinate payroll, incident reports, and post orders as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions.
