Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor in Wilkesboro, NC to oversee all aspects of the on-site security function, staffing, training, and quality assurance to meet contractual commitments.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage payroll, incident reports, post orders, and client requests while maintaining cost efficiency. Salary is $23.24 per hour for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state qualifications or licensing requirements.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory security experience or related field.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate radio/telephone equipment.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to compile and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions and staffing.
• Ensure training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain minimal overtime as designated.
• Inspect security personnel performance.
• Handle payroll and incident reports.
• Prepare security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions to management.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
• Provide direction to subordinates.
