Job summary

GardaWorld in New York is seeking a Site Security Manager to oversee the daily operations of a security site. You will manage security personnel, coordinate with the client, handle incidents, and ensure compliance with security protocols.

The role includes scheduling staff, conducting site inspections, and addressing any issues promptly. You’ll provide training to guards on monthly protocols, ensure accurate clock-ins, and collaborate with the client and service manager to maximize operational

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 3+ years in a Supervisory security role (military, law enforcement, or security).
• 3+ years hands-on Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email usage.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification or ability to become certified.
• OSHA certification or ability to become certified.
• Experience with WinTeam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the site's schedule, payroll, attendance, guard performance, and vehicle maintenance.
• Coach, counsel, and issue corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate with the Site Client and Client Service Manager to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide training to guards on monthly training and new client protocols.
• Ensure guards clock in/out accurately.
• Maintain strong technology, written, front desk, and vendor/contractor coordination.
• Deliver excellent customer service and write detailed reports.
• Enforce procedures, regulations, and standards as required.
