Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services in the United States seeks a Site Training Manager to design and deliver high-quality training programs for security personnel and staff.

You will lead calendars, coordinate with leadership, ensure licensing and contract requirements, and continuously improve training delivery while upholding integrity and confidentiality.

This role emphasizes safety, collaboration across departments, and developing staff through engaging, multi-format training with robust records.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a training/security/law enforcement environment with a combined concentration of quality assurance, quality control, open-platform training, licensing and credentials, and contract compliance/investigations.
• A valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
• Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military is a plus.
• Possess superb multi-tasking ability and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs (classroom, online, self-study) for security and non-security staff.
• Create and manage monthly/quarterly training calendars in coordination with leadership.
• Conduct initial, refresher, and specialized training to meet licensing and contract requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness and staff performance; adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and performance data.
• Coach and evaluate field training officers and support their development.
• Provide security awareness training during onboarding and ongoing sessions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally; maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate staff performance in real-world scenarios to ensure training compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
