Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily security operations at a client site in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor Security Officers, ensure policy compliance, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age as required by state law or contract.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement, corrections, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading a team.
• Must pass comprehensive background screening.
• Must meet all state licensing requirements, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations and supervise Security Officers.
• Provide guidance and support to staff and client liaison.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs, post orders, and incident reports.
• Develop staffing plans and officer schedules for site coverage.
• Foster strong client relationships and promote high service levels.
• Oversee access control and video surveillance systems as needed.
• Address performance issues and support staff development.
