• Ensure compliance with OSHA/EHS and safety standards; coordinate with law enforcement and vendors.
• Develop and enforce plant-wide security policies and incident response protocols.
• Collaborate with maintenance, IT, operations, and safety teams to integrate security.
• Lead fire drills, crisis events, evacuations, and incident management.
