Job summary

Compal USA Technology in Texas is seeking a Site Security Manager to oversee daily security operations across Austin and other manufacturing sites. You will supervise guard teams, manage access control, CCTV monitoring, and visitor logistics while aligning with OSHA/EHS standards.

The role requires strong leadership, incident response experience, and collaboration with maintenance, IT, and safety teams to integrate security into plant processes and protect people and assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial or corporate security management experience.
• Strong background in physical security, access control systems, and CCTV.
• Proven experience leading security teams and managing incident response.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EHS safety standards and emergency preparedness.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Supervise guard teams, manage badge/access control, monitor CCTV, and handle visitor logistics.
• Security Policy & Procedures: Develop, enforce, and update plant-wide security policies, emergency plans, and incident response protocols.
• Facility Safety: Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions to identify vulnerabilities.
• Emergency Response: Lead fire drills, crisis events, evacuations, and incident management.
• Compliance: Support OSHA/EHS compliance through audits, reporting, and safety program oversight.
• Collaboration: Work with maintenance, IT, operations, and safety teams to integrate security into plant processes.
