Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites.

You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed, while coordinating with management and client representatives to maintain high security standards. The role requires at least a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related security experience, with strong supervisory, training, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related security experience.
• Experience supervising security personnel and coordinating posts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and Lead Officers at client site(s); ensures post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; documents coaching actions and disciplinary items.
• Trains Security Officers and other personnel on post orders and assignments.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submission as designated.
• Ensures adequate coverage of posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepares, files, and submits reports as required.
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks and responsibilities to subordinates.
• Meets client representatives to assure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Performs supervisory duties including interviewing, training, planning, directing work, coaching, and hiring recommendations.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer per post orders.
