Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee security officers and lead staff at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, patrols are completed, and incident reports are filed accurately.

This role requires weekend availability and 2nd/3rd shift coverage. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of related security experience; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Driver's License required for assignment and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and ensure post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and progress.
• Train Officers; review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist payroll and personnel submissions as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports as required.
• Inspect posts and brief subordinates on tasks and responsibilities.
• Meet client representatives to ensure security requirements and quality service.
