Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and required reports are filed, while maintaining quality customer service.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience. Retail security experience is preferred, and the role may involve coaching, scheduling, and coordination with management.

Qualifications

• Retail security experience is preferred and noted as advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed, reports filed.
• Coach and discipline staff; communicate with management as needed.
• Train Officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
