Qualifications
- 1-3 years in construction safety experience required.
- Strongly prefer electrical construction background or Journeyman license.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Site Safety policy and procedures.

Site Safety Representative
Job Scope
As a Site Safety Representative, you will ensure proper administration of Site Safety policy and procedures including employee compliance, safety inspections, conduct toolbox talks, follow protocols in the event of injury, and ensure all safety paperwork is complete. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and abilities:
Responsibilities:
- Counseling employees and managers on policy issues
- Assist jobsite safety audits and follow-up as needed.
- Ensure Job Hazard Analysis is conducted in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure Energized Permits are conducted in accordance with company policy
- Investigate and conduct Root Cause Analysis for incidents and accidents.
- Assist the Safety and Risk Manager with the investigations of all major incidents / accidents (e.g. shocks, serious falls/back injuries)
- Assist the branch in conducting the vehicle checklist. Follow-up on the inspections that were done.
- Jobsite Paperwork- make sure each new jobsite has all appropriate signage
- OSHA Poster
- Workman's Comp Poster
- First Aid Kit/ Log
- Evacuation Plan
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Possess active construction OSHA 30 certification
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- 1-3 years in construction safety
- Strongly prefer electrical construction background, Journeyman license, or equivalent.
- MUST be able to pass a background screen
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
