Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate daily activities at assigned sites, ensuring safety and OSHA adherence. The role requires supervising employees, inspecting facilities, and maintaining equipment and inventory while driving to multiple locations as needed.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and may need a valid driver’s license. Forklift certification is a plus and Spanish language ability is valued.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• May require valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor work activities; supervise staff.
• Inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions for safety.
• Prepare written reports (pass down, weekly, monthly).
• Maintain inventory and track supplies.
• Provide training on safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure PPE usage and safety compliance.
• Drive to multiple work locations as needed.
