Job summary

Advanced Technology Services in Texarkana, AR seeks a Site Safety Manager to lead the safety program and champion Beyond Zero initiatives. You will ensure policy adherence, mentor teams on safe work practices, and connect safety actions to company strategy across the site.

You will monitor maintenance KPIs, coordinate with the Site Manager on expense control, and drive continuous improvement through effective communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS software.
• Foundational business sense including contracts and billing concepts.
• Planner/Scheduler experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Site Safety Program and ensures policies are followed.
• Demonstrates leadership for employee safety and wellness initiatives.
• Supports site strategy and implements new processes and procedures.
• Communicates with the team to explain link between actions and results.
• Leads OS execution, tracks maintenance KPIs, and drives continuous improvement.
