Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) in the United States seeks a Site Safety Leader to manage the Site Safety Program and ensure policy adherence. You will champion Beyond Zero safety initiatives and collaborate with site staff to drive continuous improvement.

This role leads the safety program, supports strategic site initiatives, and mentors staff on safety and career development, while maintaining strong customer relationships and efficient operations in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in a related field.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software.
• Foundational business acumen: contracts, customers, negotiations, billing, and finance.
• Planner/scheduler experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Site Safety Program and ensures policy compliance.
• Demonstrates leadership for employee safety and wellness through Beyond Zero initiatives.
• Drives day-to-day execution of team priorities and aligns with ATS culture.
• Leads and reports on maintenance KPIs and site performance.
