Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking a Site Safety Leader to manage the site safety program, enforce policies, and promote a culture of safety and wellness. This role drives continuous improvement, supports safety initiatives, and aligns site actions with company strategic objectives.

The candidate will collaborate with site staff, manage metrics, and assist the Site Manager in budgeting and operational priorities while fostering a safe and productive work environment across the East

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of related field experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software.
• Foundational business acumen (contracts, customer business, negotiation, billing, finances, relationship building).
• Planner/Scheduler experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Site Safety Program and ensures all policies are followed by employees.
• Demonstrates leadership for employee safety and wellness through Beyond Zero initiatives.
• Develops and displays understanding of site-level and company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Supports positive change with site staff for new processes and procedures.
• Communicates with the team to promote understanding of actions and results related to strategic objectives.
• Leads and executes OS discipline to reinforce understanding and embedding of the Operating System.
• Assists Site Manager in measuring and reporting maintenance KPIs including root cause analyses; drives continuous improvement.
• Communicates priorities, issues, and equipment status to the customer to support a positive, profitable relationship.
• Assists Site Manager in managing expenses (labor, overtime, materials) and approves overtime as needed.
• Reviews work orders, ensures adherence to schedules, and addresses gaps.
• Participates in team meetings as an influential leader.
