Job summary

Advanced Technology Services in Texas is seeking a Site Safety Manager who will own the Site Safety Program, ensure policy compliance, and lead safety and wellness initiatives across the site.

You will translate corporate safety strategies into daily actions, mentor staff through one-on-one coaching, and measure key maintenance indicators to promote continuous improvement and a positive customer relationship.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college with a minimum of 3 years of related field experience.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications, web-based apps and CMMS software.
• Foundational business acumen (contracts, customer business, negotiation, billing & finance).
• Planner/scheduler experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Site Safety Program and ensures policy compliance by employees.
• Demonstrates leadership for employee safety and wellness through Beyond Zero initiatives.
• Develops and supports understanding of site and company strategy; drives effective process changes.
• Communicates with the team to link actions with results and strategic objectives.
• Drives day-to-day execution of team priorities and aligns with ATS culture.
• Mentors employees through coaching and career development; oversees performance.
• Leads the Operating System and tracks maintenance KPIs, root cause analyses, and action items.
• Escalates priorities, issues, and equipment status to customers; maintains positive relationships.
• Manages expenses (labor, overtime, material) and approves overtime; ensures schedule adherence.
