Advanced Technology Services is seeking a senior leader to advance safety, culture, and operational performance across our sites in the United States.

You will drive strategic initiatives, build leadership capability, and partner with customers to align expectations and improve outcomes. The role emphasizes on-site leadership, transparency, and continuous improvement through structured training and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safety programs and wellness initiatives.
• Strong communication and change leadership skills.
• Ability to translate company strategy into site-level actions.

Responsibilities

• Takes responsibility for employee safety and wellness by deploying the ATS safety program and ensuring effective completion of safety training, observations, and incident investigations.
• Implements and actively supports all Beyond Zero initiatives.
• Enables the growth of a customer safety culture by fostering a safety partnership and sharing best practices.
• Motivates employees by communicating a clear vision that enables understanding of site-level and company-wide objectives.
• Acts as a change agent, leading strategic initiatives through action planning and effective implementation.
• Understanding and articulating ATS and customer strategies to link team responsibilities to strategic outcomes.
• Builds positive relationships with ATS employees, customers, and peers through open communication and leadership competencies.
• Sets a positive, influential standard and creates a constructive climate for the team.
• Influences with transparency and participative decision making.
• Establishes onboarding and ongoing coaching to recognize contributions and maintain engagement.
• Adheres to policies and ensures staff understand the rationale behind policies.
