Equiliem is seeking a Site Safety Manager in New Albany, OH for a hybrid role with onsite and remote work. The position directs safety leadership, training, and incident case management, while ensuring OSHA recordkeeping accuracy and incident classification.

Pay: $90,000 to $115,000 annually

The Safety Manager provides safety leadership, training, and guidance to safety coordinators. This role supports incident case management, OSHA recordkeeping, and accurate classification of OSHA recordable incidents and first aid cases. The Safety Manager mentors coordinators and serves as a resource for safety questions and decision making. Occasional travel is required.
