Equiliem is seeking a Site Safety Manager in Suwanee, GA, to lead safety efforts across project sites in a hybrid role that combines site presence, office work, and remote tasks.
The role requires 5+ years of safety leadership, BCSP certification, and OSHA 500/510 training, with a focus on incident management, training delivery, and strong communication to elevate safety practices.
Location: Suwanee, GA
Schedule: Hybrid, with time at project sites, in the office, and working from home
Pay: $90,000 to $115,000 annually
Position Type: Direct Hire
The Safety Manager provides safety leadership, training, and guidance to project teams and safety coordinators. This role supports incident case management and the accurate classification of OSHA recordable incidents versus first aid cases. The Safety Manager serves as a resource for safety coordinators and helps strengthen consistent safety practices across project sites.
