Cavco Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead site safety programs, guide management on safety systems, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

You will monitor regulatory compliance, perform incident investigations, develop corrective actions, and train teams to prevent injuries. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work with regulators and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ professional safety experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA hazard communications, incident investigation, and training methods.
• Knowledge of industry best practices.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, reaching, bending, and climbing.
• Experience working with external regulators and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate site safety programs and implement new programs to prevent injuries.
• Monitor compliance via audits, inspections, and plant walkthroughs.
• Inspect operations to ensure permits and equipment comply with regulations.
• Report potential violations and recommend corrections.
• Analyze accident statistics to identify preventive actions.
• Communicate safety policy changes to management and ensure annual reviews.
• Conduct safety inspections and corrective actions as needed.
• Review safety documents and incident reports; drive corrective actions and training.
• Investigate safety incidents and prepare risk management reports.
• Maintain knowledge of country/state safety regulations.
