Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Construction Safety.
• 2 years of safety management, with a proven track record.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with mentoring experience.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Professional certifications preferred (CSP/ASP/CHST).
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 510.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety performance as a core value of the organization.
• Implement, monitor, and review safety programs with Director of Safety.
• Train Field Operations trade team members on safety.
• Conduct regular job site safety audits and stop work if danger exists.
• Coordinate and review safety inspections and corrective actions.
• Ensure employees receive and maintain safety training.
• Maintain safety statistics and injury/illness records.
• Assist with pre-construction safety and risk assessment.
