Job summary

Accelevation seeks a Safety Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX to lead on-site safety programs across project sites. You will implement OSHA-compliant safety plans, conduct audits, and coordinate training for Field Operations teams to advance safety knowledge and certifications.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Construction Safety or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety performance as a core organizational value.
• Implement, monitor, and review safety programs with the Director of Safety.
• Conduct regular job-site safety audits and stop work when danger exists.
• Coordinate safety training for Field Operations trade teams.
• Oversee accident reports and safety investigations; ensure timely follow-up.
