Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a Site Safety & Facilities Supervisor to lead safety and facilities programs at the site, collaborating with site leadership, HR, maintenance vendors, and contractors to uphold enterprise standards.

The role focuses on safety training, incident investigations, preventive maintenance, KPI tracking, and coordinating with vendors to ensure compliant, reliable facility operations and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in safety and facilities programs in manufacturing or distribution.
• Knowledge of OSHA general industry standards (29 CFR 1910) and maintaining safety programs and records.
• Experience conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience coordinating preventive maintenance and working with vendors/contractors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and provide after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise safety policies; partner with site leadership to identify hazards and embed safe practices.
• Lead safety committees at sites; manage meetings, engagement, and action tracking.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
